Kickboxing Fusion
This fun Boxercise-inspired class helps wake you up on a Monday morning helping you tackle a long week ahead with plenty of cardio and muscular endurance exercises. A quick warm-up followed by what you would typically find in a boxing gym for conditioning classes such as skipping, bag work, battle ropes, sleds etc. It all depends on the day as we like to freshen things up with every workout however the concept is still the same
