1. Is there parking?

Yes there is parking down below in the Cearnóg Nua underground carpark.

2. Where are you located in Cearnóg Nua?

We are located on the top floor of the shopping centre just above SuperValu in the heart of Moycullen.

3. What times are you open?

We are open from 6am - 9pm on weekdays and 10am - 5pm on weekends.

4. What are the busiest times?

Normally the busiest times are in the morning from 9am - 11am and 6pm - 8pm in the evenings.

5. What services do you provide?

We offer use of our gym and classes prices listed on the home page. We offer 1-2-1 PT sessions and

1-2-1 pilates sessions.

6. Do you have changing facilities?

Yes we do! We have two changing rooms with showers. We also have toilets located just beside the changing rooms upstairs.
